How to install Healthy Benefits Plus?

Click on the saved APK file Healthy Benefits Plus.Since Android does not allow the installation of APKs from Unknown Sources, please do the following:
-> Open the file Healthy Benefits Plus .apk, there will be a message like this one:

How to install OBB file?
